DETAILS: I was driving north on US-283 near Willow, Oklahoma early the
morning of July 21st and saw a strange object hovering to the west. I slowed
down and managed to take
a picture, but since the car was still moving it turned out a little blured. By
the time I came to a full stop it had vanished.
